Agricultural contract of willing members with Tembo Agro for next 15 years for their own in Ratnagiri District and with their cooperation, the land will be connected.• Tembo Agro will help to produce good quality crops on the farm land they have contracted for the next 15 years will be ready to do so that adequate prot can be made from agriculture in the next 15 years after the conclusion of the agreement. • The customer will be entitled to the entire prot from the agricultural contract proceeds. After 15 years by Tembo Agro no one will be entitled to the prot received. • After signing the farm contract, good quality seedlings, fertilizers, hose plants, pesticides are supplied to the customer from Tembo Agro. • The customer will be offered a general membership of Tembo Agro Resort for one year under this farming contract. • By Tembo Agro, the customer is provided with land cultivation, planting, rearing and harvesting of crops. The contribution will be given from time to time to make the sale. Subscription to Tembo Agro App will be mandatory before or within one month of registration of farm contract*. (*Annual Maintenance Rs. 2000/-). • In order to enter into a farming agreement with Tembo Agro, the customer is required to pay a contract fee of Rs. 30,000/-. Always contract charges will be accepted for the purpose of providing the following facilities. 1) Purchase of good quality seeds, seedlings and trees for agriculture, 2) To provide agricultural implements, fertilizers, 3) To provide water system for agriculture.
